Purchase and License:
By purchasing, the Buyer agrees to these terms. The purchaser is granted a non-transferable license for personal or server use
Payment and Delivery:
Payments are processed through Thexis Payment Methods. Files are delivered via Discord DM or a designated link
Refunds and Returns:
All sales are final unless stated otherwise or required by law
Support:
Limited technical support is provided for a maximum of one month. Customization support is not included
License Restrictions:
Reselling or redistributing files or products is prohibited. Reverse-engineering (decoding) or modification is not allowed
Intellectual Property:
All rights remain with the Seller
Modifications:
The Seller may update or modify files without prior notice
Limitation of Liability:
The Seller is not liable for any damages resulting from file use. The Seller does not track product errors reported by the customer
